Anywhere Neurofeedback was founded by Jerry Berndt, LCSW, he grew up in Northern South Dakota, where his own neurodevelopmental challenges were misunderstood instead of supported. After training in Utah with top neuroscientists, he’s bringing neurofeedback back to rural communities making it accessible, effective, and life-changing to those who would not otherwise have access to it.
Our mission
To bring solid, well-researched neurofeedback to rural communities at a price that actually makes sense. We don’t chase flashy trends especially when, we’re proud that our old-school, no-nonsense approach gets significant results. Practical, affordable, effective, and results-drive, that’s how we do neurofeedback.
Our vision
We envision a world where high-quality neurofeedback is accessible to every community, no matter how small or remote. We want kids and families in towns like mine in South Dakota to have the tools that could truly change lives, so no one has to miss out on the benefits of effective, evidence-based neurofeedback.
Our team

Jerry Berndt, LCSW
Founder / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Utah and Idaho Regions)
Jerry grew up in Northern South Dakota watching the Missouri River flow by. He joined a federal wildland fire crew as a means to travel and experience the world. In the winters he worked on municipal ambulances while completing his undergraduate. He has since lived in five states and now calls Ogden home. “I grew up in a railroad town where we don’t sugar coat things, this is probably why I feel at home here more than any place in Utah.”
“As an EMT I bandaged wounds and helped people cope.” Ironically many therapists just want to bandage your wounds with coping skills because they are afraid to look at it. “As a therapist I am not afraid to walk through the hell of your wounds of fear, shame, and guilt because underneath all this there is an amazing authentic, joyous person.”
Jerry is also trained in healing trauma through feeling into your authentic self prior to the trauma. While it is true that these therapies are intensive, we can also intensively feel into your calmness, connection, creativity, and clarity. Therapy should feel uncomfortable at times but never retraumatizing.
